Together we have

Plenty to Celebrate

We can’t wait to showcase the work we have done over the last years! Since Saving Innocence began in 2010, we have:

  • Supported and empowered hundreds of survivors of human trafficking
  • Hosted prevention and intervention groups for youth and caregivers
  • Responded to crisis calls to support minors and adults
  • Recruited, trained and supported foster families
  • Joined children and youth with loving foster families
  • Supported survivors in court during their testimony against their exploiter
  • Provided training and consulting with government agencies, law enforcement and other nonprofits in the sector.

As co-leader of the LA Regional Human Trafficking Task Force, we have provided advocacy, case management, relocation/repatriation, and immigration assistance to foreign national victims of human trafficking.

Our Vision

We envision a world where survivors of human trafficking are empowered to live their lives with hope, dignity, and justice.

This Year We Plan to

Expand Our Team

to meet the increasing needs of the organization and population, including additional case managers/advocates, foster family agency social workers, and clinicians.

Expand Our Foster Family Agency

to create stability and permanence for our clients by providing a safe and loving family.

Increase Life Skills Training

to provide clients with support in areas such as financial management, cooking, resume/job training, and emotional regulation.

Offer Support Groups

to create a safe space where clients can connect, share their experiences, and receive emotional support from peers and Saving Innocence facilitators who understand their journey.

Meet Emergency Needs

to provide clients with real time support, basic needs, and crisis planning to regain stability and rebuild their lives.

Co-Lead the LA Regional Human Trafficking Task Force

to provide leadership to victim service providers in the community and to support victims of all forms of human trafficking.
